Yes! We specialize in organizing same-day marriages. Contact us as early as possible in the day to ensure we have enough time to prepare your paperwork and ceremony.

Absolutely! Residency in the California is not required by either party to get Married in California. Just make sure both parties have a valid (Non-Expired) form of government issued ID.

If you are obtaining the marriage license through us, then you will receive a confidential marriage license which we will notarize and does not require any witnesses. If you obtain a PUBLIC marriage license from the county then yes, California law requires one witness at your marriage ceremony. If you cannot provide a witness, let us know in advance, and we can discuss options to accommodate your needs.

After the ceremony, we’ll file your marriage license with the county clerk’s office. Your official California marriage certificate will then be available for you to order from the county, usually within a few weeks.
