Can we really get married the same day we contact you?
Yes! Our licensed officiants can issue your marriage license and perform your ceremony on the same day — no waiting period or courthouse visit required.
What areas do you serve?
We provide same-day marriages across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and San Francisco, as well as surrounding areas. Mobile officiants are available to travel to your location.
Do you offer mobile ceremonies?
Yes, we can come to your home, hotel, park, beach, or any preferred location. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Marriage License & Legal Requirements
What do we need to get a marriage license?
Both partners must present valid government-issued photo IDs (such as a driver’s license or passport). You must be at least 18 years old and currently unmarried.
Do we need to visit the county clerk?
No. We are authorized to issue a California confidential marriage license on-site — saving you a trip to the county office.
What if one of us was previously married?
Please bring proof of divorce, annulment, or the death certificate from your previous spouse. The divorce must be finalized before your new marriage.
Do you file the paperwork for us?
Yes, we handle all the filing with the county registrar so your marriage is legally recorded.
Ceremony Details
Who performs the ceremony?
A licensed and experienced officiant from our team will perform your ceremony, ensuring it meets California’s legal requirements.
Can we customize our vows or ceremony style?
Absolutely! You may personalize your vows or choose from our pre-written ceremony scripts (religious, civil, or romantic).
How long does the ceremony take?
Most ceremonies take about 10–15 minutes, depending on personalization.
Do we need witnesses?
For a public license, one witness is required. For a confidential license, no witness is needed.
What if we don’t have a witness available?
If you’re obtaining a confidential license, that’s perfectly fine — we can proceed without one.
Certificates & Documentation
When will we receive our marriage certificate?
The official certificate is issued by the county within a few weeks. We’ll provide instructions or can assist with requesting certified copies.
Can we get extra copies of the certificate later?
Yes, you can request additional certified copies directly from the county recorder’s office at any time.
Fees & Policies
What are your prices?
Packages start around $195–$495, depending on location, travel, and customization. All fees will be clearly explained before booking.
Is there a travel fee for off-site ceremonies?
Minimal travel fees may apply for ceremonies outside our main service areas.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule at no cost with at least 24-hour notice. Deposits are non-refundable once your license is prepared.

How soon should we book?
You can book as soon as the same day, but advance notice helps us secure your preferred time and location.
Do you offer weekend or evening ceremonies?
Yes, we’re available 7 days a week, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
How do we book our same-day marriage?
